ONLINE MEMBERSHIP ENROLMENT
1.) Fill out the membership enrollment section below then hit submit. This will submit your details to a spreadsheet that Pomona can attain.
2.) Then select on the right hand side of the Membership Enrolment the type of membership you want to pay for (These are the buttons written in green over black). This will transfer you to Paypal. You don't need a membership. You can choose to pay via credit card. Below are screenshots that show this.

3.) Guest/non paid members - $5.00 charge children inclusive.
Please clearly indicate your name in the Name box, and the names of those members in your immediate family who wish to become members of Pomona Valley Tennis Club in the Membership Requests box. Once you have completed the form, please select the memberships that you wish to purchase from the list on the right.

**Juniors must be 16 years of age or younger as of May 1.

I/we agree to abide by all the Club rules, INCLUDING THE WEARING OF MEMBER SHOE TAG- NO SHOE TAG NO PLAY, THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MEMBERSHIP.
PVTC is a public club with membership rights based on a social and friendly atmosphere. All rules must be followed at all times and any serious infractions will be followed by expulsion.
I/we hereby apply for membership at the Pomona valley tennis club (PVTC) for the season. I/we agree to save harmless the POMONA VALLEY TENNIS CLUB, its directors representatives, employees , and coaching staffs from all claims for damages and/or injuries sustained on the premises of the PVTC or while participating in play, clinics , lessons, competitions, or travelling to and from these activities.
By signing you consent to the use of your photograph/video for the use of advertising purposes in all forms of media.
